PAYMENTS
Perth Picture Company accepts payments through PayPal, the most secure international payment system.
This can be completed online using your PayPal account or as a guest using your credit card.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
Once you have completed your order, you will receive an email confirmation which shows your transaction was successful.
Please refresh your email inbox and check your spam/junk folder if you have not received the email within 60 minutes.
If you still have not received your email, please call us to assist.
You will need the following details:
- Date of Transaction
- Transaction Amount
- Your account Email address
- Name/Address on Transaction
RETURNS POLICY
Perth Picture Company offers a 2-week money back guarantee on all purchases.
Items must be returned in person to our store in Innaloo, in as new condition - no marks, damage, breakages etc
Outside of this 2-week purchase window, and it will be deemed a no return item.
ITEM SIZES
Our pictures come in varying sizes so please make sure you choose the right size before completing your order.
Not all pictures come in each size, please look at the specifics of each item.

All items are registered and unique to Perth Picture Company.
We manufacture all framed pictures in-store and are proudly West Australian owned and operated.
