The Terms of Use 

Perth Picture Company owns and operates this website. By using or accessing this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”). If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use this website. 

 

Orders 

Where applicable on our website you may place an order with Perth Picture Company by selecting products and pressing the “CHECKOUT” button on the checkout page. 

Perth Picture Company reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including without limitation, unavailability of product; location outside our stated delivery zone, an error in the price, image or the product description; or error in your order. Orders are deemed received by us at the time of successful transmission of the order, and you will thereafter be unable to cancel the order. Orders are deemed accepted by Perth Picture Company upon Perth Picture Company acknowledging such order or failing to reject such order within 14 days. We only accept orders from Greater Perth, Western Australia. 

Note: not all images are scaled to size and are to be used as a visual representation only.  Please note actual sizes in product description.

 

Order Pick up 

We currently offer Order Pick Up option for all items on our website. For orders that are selected for pick up you agree that: 

1. Collection times for order collections as indicated on our site are estimates only. You will receive a physical and/or electronic communication from us in relation to your Pick Up order, including order confirmations & ready for collection notifications. 
2. Orders must be collected within 10 days after “ready for collection confirmation” was sent or communicated. Failure to collect your order may result in your order being cancelled and a refund will be paid to you for the order amount. 
3. You must collect your order from the Perth Picture Company Store. 
4. You must provide our team member a valid photo identification and collection notification (showing the order status) when collecting your order 
5. In the event you are unable to collect your order within the 10 day time frame after ready for collection notification, you can email Perth Picture Company requesting an extension (please provide your order details when emailing). 

 

Cancellations of an order 

Perth Picture Company may cancel any part of an order without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if: 

• the Products in that Order are not available; or 
• there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the Product; or 
• your Order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions; or 
• you fail to collect your Pick Up Order within 10 days after receipt of the ready for collection notification. 

 

Item Availability 

Perth Picture Company uses its best endeavours to ensure products ordered are available for Delivery and Pick up, and in most cases will notify you if a product is unavailable prior to you completing your order. However, you acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and Perth Picture Company may need to reject an order you have placed for a product where Perth Picture Company establishes that it is actually unavailable for collection. In such cases we will refund in full all amounts you paid in respect of such unavailable product. 

 

 

 

Payment for goods 

We require payment in full for your orders online upon checkout. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Visa.   

 

Returns 

Return claims (including for replacement products or refunds) are detailed in Perth Picture Company Delivery and Returns Policy.  Please refer to this policy to determine your entitlement to a return, and the process that you need to follow. 

 

Ownership of Content & Website 

Perth Picture Company owns the website and, unless otherwise indicated, owns or is licensed to use all content and other material appearing on the website. The material on this website is protected by copyright under the laws of Australia and may not be used without written permission by Perth Picture Company. No trade mark (whether registered or not) that is displayed on this website may be used in any way without the prior written permission of Perth Picture Company or of the relevant trade mark owner. 

 

Third Party Content and Security 

There may be links on our website that are hyperlinked to other external websites. Perth Picture Company is not responsible for the information contained on those websites. Each site have their own terms and conditions that you should familiarise yourself with. We will not be liable for any damage caused by use of these websites. 

While we take necessary measures, Perth Picture Company cannot guarantee any data available for download on this website (or any linked website) is free of viruses or other spyware, and you agree that you assume the risk of any damage to your computer as a result of using this website.
